| The X Games 2000, it was HUMUNGOUS. Not to mention everbody stepped it up a notch. From Motorcross to Skateboarding's best trick contest, this was the sickest X Games to date. I am tellin you, it was off the hook. I was annoucing all the skateboard events. I saw some shit going down on those 4 days of fun. Bucky Lasek winning the Vert comp with a perfect run to the sounds of DMX. Bob Burnquist was blazing in the best trick contest. The winning trick last year, for those of you that may have been under a rock was T-Hawk's 900. So, Bob busted out a fakie 5-0 on a 3 foot extension pole with a kickflip off. That's not even fair. Erik Kosten won on the park course he was simply sticking everything he tried. The X Games 2000 was burly. I cant wait till next year. I will keep you potsed on when and where. Thanx Brad J |
